Requirements
- Completion of a PhD in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or similar field is required.
- Demonstrate an ability to lead research projects and publish in top-tier journals consistent with their experience.
- For associate and full level candidates, evidence of publication in top-tier outlets is required.
- For associate and full level candidates, experience in publishing with and mentoring PhD students is also required.
