Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise data warehouses (EDW) and other sources
- Design and publish interactive Power BI dashboards that clearly communicate provider performance, highlight opportunities for improvement, and showcase the impact of value-based initiatives on clinical and financial outcomes
- Analyze trends in cost, utilization, and outcomes to quantify the effectiveness of value-based programs, identify actionable insights for provider groups, and support continuous improvement in care delivery and member health
- Partner with market strategy, clinical, finance, and medical economics teams to deliver insights that influence negotiations and drive performance improvement
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and analytic outputs
- Contribute to cross-functional workgroups focused on improving member outcomes through value-based program
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to provider group executives and internal senior leadership
