Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or a related technical role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
- Proven experience in conducting IT architecture discussions, infrastructure planning, and security reviews.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience in managing business associate agreements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and company events.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address client technical requirements.
- Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem.
- Technical objection handling.
- Develop customized solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.
- Facilitate a smooth handoff to post-sales teams by providing detailed documentation of client requirements, proposed solutions, and any identified challenges.
- Collaborate with program management and installation teams to ensure they are well informed and prepared for successful solution deployment.
- Engage with client IT teams to discuss and plan the integration of our solutions within their existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Facilitate security reviews and address cybersecurity considerations to meet client and regulatory standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience with hospital IT systems, cybersecurity, patient data privacy, and the ability to build strong relationships with hospital procurement, finance, and executive teams.
