Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
- Clear / Active RN licensure in the state of Florida
- BLS – American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS American Heart Association
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Must have two (2) current years of Progressive Care experience or be willing to take a Critical Care Course
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care while providing a holistic view.
- Conducts assessments to develop a comprehensive Standard of Care.
- Ensures accurate documentation and adequate supplies.
- Acts as an educator to peers, patients, and families.
- Follows established nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
