Requirements
- 5-8+ years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, Accounting, or Finance required
- Strong project management and coordination skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to drive accountability without direct authority
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Proficient in Excel; able to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to apply logic and judgment to resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full leasing process lifecycle, from initiation through execution and close-out
- Coordinate across internal teams (finance, asset management, research) to ensure alignment and timely completion of reporting deliverables
- Set and enforce clear deadlines, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Aggregate, organize, and maintain large datasets related to leasing activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Identify and escalate inconsistencies or issues in data or process using sound judgment and a practical approach
- Develop and maintain tracking tools and dashboards to monitor open items, deadlines, and process bottlenecks
- Create and refine process documentation, checklists, and templates to drive consistency and efficiency
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests related to leasing performance and pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate background a plus
- Familiarity with data extraction tools (e.g., Google LOOKER or similar) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
