SM-2 Principal Financial Analyst – P3

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
Experience with program financial execution and EACs
Experience with Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), including advanced Excel skills

Coordinating and managing the quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) process for two major EACs
Supporting the cash collection process across the SM-2 Production portfolio by forecasting billings and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely cash receipts
Serving as a leader for EAC execution across the SM-2 portfolio
Supporting internal Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance
Preparing weekly and monthly program reports

Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and/or reconciliations
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited oversight and prioritize workload
Detailed understanding of key financial and program execution metrics
Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Ability to frame and interpret issues for Management
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work in an autonomous work environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Self-starting, motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills
