Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management or business transformation
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Demonstrated success in managing complex change initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Experience in large-scale IT, ERP, or digital transformation projects is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a Change Management plan and road map
- Develop Change Strategy: Create structured change management strategies based on the nature and scale of transformation initiatives, using industry-standard frameworks. Lead comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement plans to ensure buy-in at all levels of the organization. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on change management best practices.
- Impact & Readiness Assessments: Analyze the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and departments; assess organizational readiness and track mitigation strategies. Develop a future detailed roadmap after impact assessments.
- Communication Planning: Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Enablement: Collaborate with Learning & Development to develop training plans, learning materials, and user adoption strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop targeted communication and training plans.
- Coaching & Support: Coach sponsors and change agents; provide tools and support for managers and supervisors to lead their teams through change.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, measure change effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed. Monitor and measure change progress, utilizing quantitative and qualitative metrics to report on success and areas for improvement.
