Requirements
- BS/MS/Phd in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 15+ years of experience
- Good understanding of digital signal processing (DSP), analog circuits and system hardware
- Experience in PCIe interconnect devices is required including but not limited to PCIe Switch, Bridge, Retimer, Redriver…etc.
- Good problem-solving skills & hands-on lab experiences
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Proactively & efficiently support Marvell’s PCIe interconnect products
- Manage a team of Application Engineers and drive team towards deliverables
- Act as the interface between the customer and Marvell engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Own and drive customer issues to resolution
- Collaborate with FAE’s and PLM’s to gather and communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering
- Occasional travel to industry events/customer sites is required (10-15%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing team of engineers is preferred
- Lab experiences with PAM4 SerDes TX and RX validation is preferred
- Prior experience as an Application Engineer working with customers to resolve customer issues is a plus
- Experience with C and/or Python is a plus
