Requirements
- 8+ years of sales enablement experience in cybersecurity or related technologies, including at least 3 years focused on the Public Sector
- Field sales and pre-sales engineering experience is a strong plus
- A bachelor’s degree is required, and a graduate degree is a strong plus
- Proven ability to drive measurable increases in field sales revenue, boost sales efficiency, and optimize sales velocity
- Demonstrated experience in deploying and optimizing sales best practices and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and strong CRM expertise (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong track record of cultivating and leveraging cross-functional and ecosystem partnerships for integrated Go-to-Market strategies and revenue acceleration
- Ability to align revenue acceleration efforts with key business objectives, particularly related to emerging technologies like Next Generation Security
- Skilled in maintaining robust strategic partnerships with executive and functional leaders
- Experience with or strong aptitude for integrating AI tools into sales processes to enhance productivity
- Proven ability to effectively present and facilitate meetings with diverse audiences, coupled with advanced proficiency in productivity suites such as Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth across US State & Local Government, US Education, and US Federal verticals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Partner Teams, GTM, and Product Management
- Support territory planning, account planning, account strategy reviews (ASRs), close plans, deal reviews, and other sales acceleration activities
- Facilitate deliverables and coaching teams
- Lead the formal implementation and optimization of consistent sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and cadences
- Cultivate strong partnerships across all Go-to-Market functions for integrated activities and unified revenue acceleration
- Drive revenue acceleration efforts specifically aligned with expanding Next Generation Security offerings
- Maintain robust relationships with executive and functional leaders across various departments
- Integrate AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) into GTM and field sales activities to boost efficiency and minimize administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
