Requirements
- Nursing license in good standing in South Carolina
- Experience scheduling staff for a skilled nursing facility is a must
- Compassion for an underserved population
- Ability to take call
Responsibilities
- In charge of staffing the facility with nurses and CNAs
- Maintain good relationships with the staff to ensure coverage for call outs
- Keep the recruiter informed of staffing needs
- May work as an LPN if desired
