Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven marketing solutions.
- Strong experience with audience segmentation, identity management, and activation workflows.
- Familiarity with AI/ML techniques used for audience discovery, propensity modeling, and lookalike targeting.
- Experience with platforms such as LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar identity/data environments.
- Strong analytical background, with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven requirements.
- Comfortable managing integrations with external vendors and partners across the advertising ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Highly collaborative, organized, and capable of balancing short-term tactical work with long-term strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the product vision and roadmap with a focus on audience intelligence solutions.
- Drives the strategy and execution of audience management capabilities including data integrations, audience creation, segmentation, lookalike modeling, etc.
- Partners with data and engineering teams to incorporate generative & agentic AI capabilities into audience research and predictive modeling processes.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define use cases and success criteria for AI-enabled audience activation tools and reporting.
- Translates product roadmap features into clear user stories, with particular emphasis on data enrichment, privacy-safe onboarding, and modeled audience creation.
- Acts as subject matter expert on audience data flows, identity resolution, and activation best practices across DSPs, CDPs, and clean rooms.
- Supports audience targeting compliance with healthcare privacy regulations and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, NAI, IAB).
- Monitors KPIs and product usage analytics related to audience activation performance and optimization opportunities.
- Works cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and data teams to support adoption and expansion of AI-powered audience solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile software development methodology.
- Proficiency in SQL and data exploration tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML model lifecycle management in marketing applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks for data use in advertising.
- Familiarity with clean room environments and privacy-preserving technologies.
