Requirements
- Top Secret / SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of experience, including recent exposure to targeting functions
- Deep knowledge of DoD, CJCS targeting frameworks, and practical CDE experience
Responsibilities
- Lead all-source targeting analysis to support both lethal and non-lethal operations
- Translate intelligence into real-world action—developing, refining, and managing target data that informs senior decision-makers
- Conduct Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE) and deliver actionable target graphics
- Shape targeting policies by editing and advising on DoD and USCENTCOM procedures
- Champion target system analysis (TSA) and brief leadership across military decision-making boards
- Train others, influence operations, and stay on the cutting edge of target development and prioritization
