Requirements
- Avaya
- Network Components
- Unified Communications
- 5+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or MA/MS degree with 3 years of experience or Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + CI Poly
Responsibilities
- O&M support
- System Certificate renewals
- PC/Server rebuild, tech refresh (phone and phone system deployment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following: Avaya Aura Platform, DHCP, Microsoft TAC, Power BI, TEAMS
