Requirements
- Current CADC R or above
- Ability to obtain CADC I
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen(s)
- Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute
- Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
- Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
Responsibilities
- Perform screening for enrollment into all Willamette Family programs.
- Assisting with verification of insurance benefits and identifying appropriate funding resources within Willamette Family programs.
- Facilitating intake to all Willamette Family programs, including completion of all necessary admission paperwork.
- Assisting clients in connecting with programs and services.
- Document and input client information according to organization policies and procedures (includes but is not limited to electronic file maintenance, client notes, logs, and rosters).
