HR Specialist – Program Manager Enterprise Colleague Listening

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects, including stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong results-oriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Proven experience creating data driven insights.
• Passion and curiosity to create a colleague experience that is impactful, growth-oriented, and caring.
• University degree in human resources, industrial psychology, psychology, marketing, or related discipline; Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related discipline an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project teams to develop timelines and workback schedules for key programs.
• Work closely with external vendor, HR Data & Insights, and various HR Partners to ensure insights are translated into meaningful action.
• Work closely with internal communication teams and stakeholders to ensure that program changes are well understood and communicated.
• Research and analyze best in class solutions to inform, build, and improve TD processes based on industry expertise in both Colleague and Customer Listening.
• Support the development of our survey content across our colleague surveys and other listening approaches including testing.
• Leverage organizational psychology principles to help us understand the colleague experience and leverage our colleague to data to drive insights.
• Use insights to inform enterprise employee experience initiatives and develop recommendations to drive improvement against experience gaps.
• Take on, execute, and support additional projects, as assigned.
