Responsibilities
- Complete DX assessments
- Completes and recommends monthly therapy and consultant hours
- Prescribes medication accordingly and collaborating with pharmacies
- Observes, records and reports PWS condition, reactions to prescribing medications, including PRNs.
- Completes trainings and provide education to staff on medications, symptoms, side effects etc.
- Reviews previous and current documentation, including discharge paperwork
- Review EMAR
- Document in Digital Agency and Behavior Agency
- Collaborates with stakeholders including CCL, DDS and Regional Centers
- Collaborates with medical personnel such as RN’s, MD’s, Social Workers, Psychologist and Psychiatrist in hospital or inpatient settings
- Ensure best practices and provide discussions for the PWS with YAI RN’s, Social Workers and QBMPs.
- Attends House Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Clinical Rounds, and IBSPs.
- Triage emergency and/or non-emergency phone calls
