Responsibilities
- Lead the product development team in executing the product roadmap through regular standups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
- Work with various cross-functional groups to break down problems and devise effective solutions that align with overall business objectives.
- Socialize strategies with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify areas needing improvement.
- Engage with customers to understand their challenges and incorporate feedback into product strategy.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant insights into the ongoing product strategy to develop competitive and differentiated solutions.
