Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of retirement or operational services experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Queue oversight, researching, and responding to internal partner requests
- Maintaining quality control and procedures
- Creating process improvements
- Performing audit fulfillment to meet key deliverables while exceeding client and participant expectations
- Providing a high-level of operational support and customer service to clients and business partners related to distribution and payments for Trust & Custody plans
- Responsible for transfer of assets, non-standard asset updates, and communicating transactions to business partners
- Ensure client requests are completed within required service standards
- Demonstrate flexibility and collaborate with other team members to deliver high quality service and meet client expectations
- Manage multiple tasks effectively by balancing high productivity with excellent service quality
- Communicate effectively by phone and email with internal business partners, including third-party vendors, customer service teams, and other operational teams
- Working on a wide scope of problems, issues, or exception items that fall outside of normal process through independent and initiative-taking problem resolution
- Embracing and adapting to changing policies, procedures, and general operations in a fast-paced environment
- Confident to ask questions and advocate in the best interest of the business
- Apply solid business judgment outside of defined procedures and make decisions based on client experience and risk to the business.

- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate between multiple applications, and utilize the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
