Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Ability to translate big-picture strategy into tactical actions
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience with project management tools (scorecards, dashboards, analytics)
- Proven problem-solving skills in a competitive industry
- Ability to manage through relationships and influence
Responsibilities
- Oversee vertical construction activities for residential developments, ensuring all phases—from footers, home delivery and set, to utility connections—are executed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with real estate teams on project feasibility, site acquisition, and entitlement processes.
- Review and interpret contracts, construction documents, and design plans to ensure scope alignment.
- Guide projects from conceptual design to construction-ready documentation, leading execution through final delivery.
- Lead and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Maintain rigorous documentation protocols, including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and compliance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with departments responsible for the construction, sales, and insurance of affordable housing units.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to strategic planning efforts for more efficient project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with manufactured housing preferred
