Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience
- Experience leading operational teams of 25+
- Experience engaging with the media or community leaders
- Prior experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles
Responsibilities
- Foster a safety-first approach to all things operations in the market and beyond
- Lead all robot operations within the Phoenix market, managing both supply and demand dynamics for the commercial operation
- Collect data based on Engineering priorities in the market to build and unlock new autonomous capabilities and open new commercial demand
- Work with cross-functional partners including real estate, risk, environmental health and safety and others to execute on our real estate strategy, to retrofit sites, and to conduct regular facility maintenance to protect our employees and operators
- Engage with local communities and regulatory bodies to foster positive relationships and ensure compliance with operating permits
- Monitor KPIs and metrics regularly to ensure maximum efficiency and utilization of resources
- Serve as a critical escalation point in case of incident response
- Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance culture
- You may flex to nights or weekends to oversee and spotcheck the team.
