Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience within the tech industry
- Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, other sourcing tools, and niche job boards
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to lead and manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
Responsibilities
- Identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for Zscaler
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to create and drive recruiting strategies for world-class engineering teams
- Collaborating, advising, and supporting hiring teams from recruitment kickoff meetings through candidate negotiation and close
- Championing and implementing inclusive hiring practices with urgency and thoughtful execution
- Building and cultivating quality candidate pipelines across a variety of technical searches in a competitive talent environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both in-house recruiting and search firm agency environments
- Demonstrated achievement in inclusive hiring practices and building highly targeted, diverse talent pipelines
- Background working in both large companies and start-up environments
