Requirements

- 3 years Customer Care experience
- 3 years SAP experience or equivalent ERP system
Responsibilities
- Master Data Maintenance including updating business names, addresses, and contact information
- New Contract/Account Setup for multiple types including Know-Your-Customer checks, New Business Workflow, Tax Exempt Certificates, and D&B matching
- Review documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Contract maintenance including updating dates, parts, pricing and service frequency. Ensure the billing plan matches the contract. Process cancellations and termination of service
- Create and modify Preventive Maintenance orders
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years experience related to master data and contracts in a business-to-business environment
- Google Workspace experience preferred
- Salesforce experience
