Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of product marketing for the Visa Direct LAC, across priority audiences, markets and use cases as a strategic regional partner to the LAC Visa Direct product and sales teams.
  • Engage senior Visa Direct LAC product leaders to align marketing programs with business goals and priorities to deliver new revenue sales opportunities and grow transaction volumes.
  • Execute strategic marketing execution plans, leveraging global strategies and content, to deliver against regional Visa Direct business goals including awareness, demand gen, cross-sell and end user campaigns.
  • Leading regional voice of the customer across target audiences, to bring strategic content and programs to meet regional priorities and goals.
  • Executing Bank co-marketing programs with strategic partners to drive consumer awareness, adoption and repeat usage of Visa Direct enabled solutions.
  • Drive activation for key regional events, supporting pre, during and post promotion of Visa Direct to drive client engagements with sales.
  • Leading localization of regional marketing and sales content to help support LAC client engagements. Development of LAC specific marketing and content to support regional use case needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible business experience, with a majority in communications or marketing roles that involved B2B campaign strategy, planning, and execution, including bringing new products to market
