Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Math, or Science discipline
- Experience with translating customer questions and problem statements into executable analysis plans
Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, execution and support of modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts, to include release of deliverables on contractual programs.
- Directly interact with other skill managers while planning, executing, and delivering the results of analyses performed in support of both development and production programs.
- Coordinate Operations Analysis support with other Operations Analysis managers to satisfy Program needs for Operations Analysis skills.
- Responsible for external communications with various military customer communities.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Responsible for the management, development, and growth of employees within the team.
- Ensure the quality of analysis performed by providing required training, tools, oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical projects and teams working in Operations Analysis
- Experience with the systems and tools used for Operations Analysis
- Familiarity with both security program structures and organizational needs to meet customer (both internal and external to Boeing) requirements.
- Experience with the analysis and design of advanced concepts
