Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or similar roles – ideally in a high-growth, startup environment or in consulting
- Proven history of driving and closing complex, high-value deals

- World-class communication and influencing skills, able to navigate senior executive conversations with ease and precision

Responsibilities
- Think creatively about how to solve complex and strategically significant business problems
- Be both strategic and hands-on: build the plan, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute it, and own the results
- Source and close partnerships with insurance carriers to grow the supply side of the marketplace
- Develop tailored pitches and solutions – especially for partners who may not see the value of working with us at first glance
- Represent Jerry in external meetings with professionalism, clarity, and insight
