Requirements
- Education in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent technical background and work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Business Systems Engineering or Operations, with 1+ year experience in Zendesk, Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java or any other object-oriented programming language
- Proven ability to learn & manage different technologies and systems
- Interested in problem solving and enjoy automating processes
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a desire for continuous learning
- A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach
- A thorough and effective communicator who takes pride in meticulous documentation
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of technology tools & systems (Zendesk, Jira, Assembled, AWS, etc.) that enable TS teams to efficiently and effectively achieve their KPIs and strategic goals
- Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to ensure our technology systems are well-designed and efficient
- Clarify requirements whenever necessary, then evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best meet our business objectives
- Work a hybrid model of 3-5 days in office per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in JIRA and a Workforce Management platform
- Experienced in supporting Sales Engineering and Technical Professional Services teams
