Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Property Management SaaS or software sales.
  • Proven success selling to property management companies, REITs, or multifamily operators with a clear understanding of the industry’s reputation, resident experience, and operational pain points.
  • Proven experience as an industry Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role
  • Establish long term ecosystem partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and accurately forecasting revenue commitments.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to leverage extended teams to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and position in the Industry Reputation’s SaaS-based Reputation Management platform to Strategic clients in the Property Management sector by understanding their operational challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Aggressively hunt and close deals while owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Sell value and demonstrate leadership throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the industry sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to win.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners by building personal credibility and trust.
  • Coordinate resources across marketing, SDRs, Operations, Sales Operations, and executives to assemble the right team to win.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
