Responsibilities
- Managing monthly Materials reporting for the Division
- Analyzing Division monthly Materials forecast to align with current activity usage for decision support to Supply Chain Planning
- Collaboration with HQ Planning team on Allocation of forecast by Orgs
- Weekly touch base with regional teams & HQ Support to discuss issues and challenges in regard to specific materials to reflect in monthly forecast
- Management of 1 Financial Analyst
- Review materials and days of supply based on labor metrics like footage to be constructed
- Analyzes financial and operational data/performance measurements, communicates findings and risks and makes suggestions to improve processes
- Manage and oversee reports in Power BI for Materials usage and Inventory and other analyses to provide in depth and timely insights to the management and internal business partners
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as the need arises
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary
- Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Leads the day-to-day performance of the Analyst/s and makes suggestions to upper management for work performance improvement
