Requirements

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-technical or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events separately.
  • Prepare meetings for the executive or team separately.
  • Execute expense management activities on their own.
  • Assess and advocate for office space needs separately.
  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Complete travel coordination tasks separately.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing executive level support in a high pressure global sales environment.
  • Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and to prioritize multiple functions, manage work time efficiently.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative to build productive relationships.
