Requirements
- 5 years of administrative experience in a high-technical or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events separately.
- Prepare meetings for the executive or team separately.
- Execute expense management activities on their own.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs separately.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks separately.

- Experience providing executive level support in a high pressure global sales environment.
- Ability to consistently contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and to prioritize multiple functions, manage work time efficiently.
- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team environment.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative to build productive relationships.
