Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- A minimum of 12 years general management experience in the Wholesale, Retail, Buying, or Merchandising field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience working in the Sales / Retail industry
- Business acumen and learning agility: ability to articulate financial impact of strategic choices, understand multiple business models, identify pivotal KPIs to drive action
- Powerful communication: ability to communicate persuasively, both verbally and written; ability to influence others through quantitative and qualitative data, EQ and IQ
Responsibilities
- Initiate the Go-To-Market (GTM) processes throughout U.S. Wholesale with a specific focus on key strategic accounts, apparel and footwear
- Communicate needs of business that support long term growth plans
- Validation of decisions with data driven insights and development of strategic plans to drive business solutions
- Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities tailored to each business, driving growth by aligning with distinct consumer needs
- Establish and refresh long term strategic growth plans for each account to ensure long term success
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Partner with global counterparts to drive synergy across business
- Drive revenue growth through existing and new wholesale accounts
- Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies
- Drive with digital first approach. Fuel business with innovative tactics to unlock digital momentum
