Financial Analyst

Must be a US citizen due to contract requirements management
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Power BI Experience is a plus
Ability to communicate with all levels of management effectively and respectfully, both verbally and written
Ability to solve problems using complex sources of data
Ability to understand and navigate multiple projects with demanding deadlines
Applies discretion and judgment to complete assignments of limited scope
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and be proactive
Proven experience working in a team environment with all levels of management
Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organization
Experience with Government accounting

Monthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews.
Budget Variance analysis including Estimate To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Complete (EAC), and Budget Baseline analysis.
Analyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.
Sales Forecasting.
Assist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percent complete, customer billings, and CDRLs.
Participate in project cost review meetings.
Prepare presentations and host Program Financial Review meetings with senior management.
Support financial audits as necessary.
Prepare adhoc reports and analysis as necessary.
Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.
