Manager – Business Transformation

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business transformation, management consulting, project management, or a related field.
Proven success in leading and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of change management principles and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar frameworks).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an asset.

Lead the planning, execution, and governance of business transformation initiatives in collaboration with internal business partners.
Manage projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
Analyze existing processes and design improved workflows, practices, and supporting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Challenge the status quo respectfully and identify innovative approaches to drive value.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new operating models that align with strategic goals.
Design and lead change management strategies and activities that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure sustained change.
Champion data and process governance by establishing best practices, monitoring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the transformation journey.
Prepare and deliver clear and compelling communication and reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
