Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing projects within enterprise environments
- Experience with project management methodologies such as agile and/or waterfall
- Skilled in functional Architecture Design Analysis
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business goals.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; foster cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and effective problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, managing resources, timelines, and dependencies to drive successful execution and on-time delivery.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and safeguard key milestones.
- Manage project budgets with a focus on cost control and financial accountability; regularly report on project progress, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.
- Perform check-ins with team members when needed.
- Continuously improve project delivery practices, applying lessons learned and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
