Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in finance or pricing.
- Excellent communication skills, comfort with phone and email interactions, and customer-facing abilities.
- A strong desire to learn about our products and the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the team. Provide performance evaluations and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Oversee contract acquisition and fulfillment, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective execution of pricing strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders to implement pricing strategies and improve processes.
- Manage a team of contract analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.
