Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience (supply chain, data analytics, or process improvement experience a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets and present findings in a clear and actionable way
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the evolution of the Long-Range Capacity Planning (LRCP) process, including supporting the development of data science models in collaboration with the IDSA team to enhance process efficiency and reliability
- Creating and maintaining strategic alignment dashboards to support the Long-Range Sourcing team, as well as automating Partner growth methodology and providing insights to inform business decisions
- Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement, including managing key communication channels, such as newsletters, and coordinating partner visits and key meetings
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions, including developing and maintaining key metrics and analytics tools, such as the country risk assessment calculator.
