Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or operations
- 2+ years of experience leading projects and collaborating across diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of SIOP processes leveraging best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste or cost in the system
- Monitor SIOP key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify any process gaps or issues
- Facilitate or support training and upskilling sessions for the SIOP organization on processes and tools
- Manage SIOP related process, standard work, policy, and training documents ensuring they are current and accessible
- Point of contact for all SIOP process, standard work, and policy related inquiries
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations to inform process enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ERP systems, demand forecasting, inventory management) highly desired
- Advance skill in Microsoft suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Project management experience
- Experience in consulting in Operations, Supply Chain Planning or Systems Implementation
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional, global initiatives
- Possible international travel as needed
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
