Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise-level program and project management roles, with 3–5 years in executive or senior leadership positions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery in high-growth or transformation environments, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or technology sectors
  • Deep expertise in program execution, delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and enterprise governance practices
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
  • Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Execute enterprise programs that support the product strategy and organizational priorities, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Lead program managers and teams to operationalize the SVP’s strategic vision through effective execution and delivery
  • Maintain program cadence and consistency across multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives
  • Oversee and continuously improve delivery methodologies, tools, and processes across the EPMO
  • Ensure standards, templates, and governance structures are consistently applied across all initiatives
  • Optimize resource planning, tracking, and reporting practices to support program portfolio visibility and health
  • Implement robust governance frameworks to provide transparency, accountability, and control
  • Facilitate cross-functional steering committees and governance forums to ensure timely decision-making and escalation management
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans to reduce delivery friction
  • Serve as a key liaison between product, technology, operations, and executive teams to ensure coordinated execution
  • Translate complex strategies into actionable plans with clear deliverables and ownership
  • Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders involved in enterprise delivery
  • Ensure program performance is visible to executive leadership, enabling data-driven decisions and alignment
  • Maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track program KPIs, delivery milestones, and portfolio performance
  • Lead and mentor a team of program managers, fostering a high-performance culture centered on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Promote team development, knowledge sharing, and delivery discipline across the EPMO

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred but not required
