1 to 3 years of related professional experience as outlined below:
Technical Expertise: experience with enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Software Packaging & Deployment: Hands-on experience packaging Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune. Proficiency with JAMF for MacOS administration and application distribution.
Automation & Scripting: Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automating tasks and streamlining configuration management. Familiarity with modern CI/CD methodologies for continuous application delivery is a plus.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Package, test, and deploy Windows-based applications through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and cloud-based solutions.
Manage MacOS application packaging and deployment leveraging JAMF.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish application packaging standards, streamline deployment processes, and maintain application compliance.
Manage incident and problem tickets related to end-user architecture, providing prompt resolution and communication to stakeholders.
Conduct lifecycle management and QA testing for key productivity tools, hardware, and services, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance standards.
Contribute to the evaluation, selection, and adoption of new technologies, ensuring alignment with architectural guidelines and strategic business objectives.
Stay current with emerging end-user computing trends, tools, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and process optimization.

Familiarity with modern CI/CD methodologies for continuous application delivery is a plus.
