Requirements
- Broad background in chemistry
- Experience teaching undergraduates
- Strong teaching skills
- Strong writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Prepared to teach laboratory or lecture sections of organic chemistry and/or general chemistry
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree preferred (ABD candidates will be considered)
Responsibilities
- Teach a full load (one lecture course and three labs, or the equivalent) for the fall semester
- Prepare and deliver lectures
- Conduct laboratory sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent degree by the time of appointment (ABD candidates will be considered)
