Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years experience in public relations or analyst relations
- At least 3 years of experience working for an enterprise software company
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and execute the Analyst Relations strategy and plan
- Support evaluative analyst research response efforts across priority domains
- Work closely with Capital One Software executives to brief the analyst community (e.g. Gartner and Forrester) as well as gain insights from the community.
- Respond to analyst requests and manage responses which may require creating deliverables and coordinating between various internal stakeholders
- Lead and support program activities such as proactive briefings and demos, analyst inquiries and interviews
- Contribute to planning and organization of analyst engagement activities – virtual and in-person
- Prepare spokespeople for analyst engagements and assist with tailoring content for an analyst audience
- Track, report and distribute notable mentions, tips and callouts from analyst interactions, new research papers, social conversations, and coverage
- Support sales and pursuits teams with analyst content and support
- Partner and collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications team members to ensure the message is consistent, streamlined, value-driven and strategic wherever possible and appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify and leverage analyst accolades and to distribute thought leadership and news to analysts
- Ensure all work is executed through a lens of strategic impact and measurement, leveraging the latest tools and technology to showcase how analyst relations is driving business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 7 years of Public Relations or Analyst Relations experience
- At least 5 years of experience working for an enterprise software company
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- At least 5 years of experience with executive-level clients
- Experience working effectively with multiple constituents, including peers, executive management, and senior management
- Excellent relationship building skills with a strong background in written and oral communication
