Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related professional experience working with student conduct, residential Life, or closely related experience OR Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a case manager for conduct cases. Conducts prompt, impartial, and thorough investigations and adjudications of the LSU Code of Student Conduct, Residential Life, and University policies. Assist the Residential Accountability Manager in the intake of cases including reviewing and proofing incident reports, and assigning cases to in-community staff.
- Assist with development and implementation of training for Residential Life in-community staff members to carry out due process as outlined in the Code and/or alternate resolution procedures. Plans, organizes, administers, and delivers programming to students, faculty, and staff regarding SAA/Residential Life, the Code, and University policies. Provide support for the University Hearing Panel process. Oversees conflict resolution measures within Residential Life, including Roommate Agreement process.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations for Residential Life through administrative management of Maxient caseload. Demonstrates divisional attitudes and priorities in all aspects of work.
- Ensures every aspect of administrative tasks, implementation, and overall design exudes a high degree of quality. Embraces and executes the marginal gains approach and seeks to improve level of all services, events, programs, and experiences in department for continuous improvement every academic year.
- Attend SAA and Residential Education staff meetings. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. This includes but is not limited to: efforts that support broad division/institution efforts including at least 40 hours per year spent helping divisional initiatives such as Move-In Day, Welcome Week, Family Weekend, Career Expo, Disability Services Finals Testing, other special projects etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education in College Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
- Two years of experience working with student conduct, residential Life, or closely related experience.
- Experience working with students in crisis.
- Experience with student conduct, specifically residentially based.
