Requirements
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Expert proficiency on all Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Must have experience in supporting executives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion and experience in working with highly confidential information
- Can-do attitude; must be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and efficiently and prioritize work with a strong attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and functions
- Exercise excellent judgment in setting priorities and interacting with internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the executive and team

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the inbox for senior executive and Investor Relations group.
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including arranging thousands of complex meetings annually, both internally and externally.
- Serve as a liaison between client executives and internal teams.
- Coordinate high-level external and complex global meetings.
- Manage administrative processes such as Travel & Expense (T&E) and purchasing for large, global organizations.
- Oversee budgeting, expense reporting, and financial recordkeeping.
- Perform administrative support duties, including but not limited to drafting and typing correspondence, proofreading and formatting business documents or broad communications, making copies and preparing them for signatures, directing inquiries to the proper party within the team, and maintaining and ordering office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations, leveraging advanced technology skills.
- Maintain a high level of detail and organization to prevent enterprise-level errors.
- Regularly interface and liaise with client executives.
- Frequently interact with senior executives and all organizational levels, requiring a high degree of independence and empathy.
- Exercise the ability to redirect or push back on behalf of the executive while maintaining positive rapport and professionalism.
- Independently manage complex tasks, proactively identify and resolve issues, and plan ahead to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide dedicated support to senior executives, specifically supporting a Senior Vice President (SVP).
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
