Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate strategies rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.
  • Technical aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with complex products or capabilities, the ideal candidate will have an existing basic understanding of mobile and digital payment technologies.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) required, experience with Jira Align and sales operations tools (Salesforce or other) preferred.
  • Prior experience in pricing strategy, business development, management.
  • Prior experience in financial services or payments industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key digital wallet partners, global merchants, payments service providers, issuers, and technology companies towards commercial partnership opportunities.
  • Increase usage of key Visa consumer products across key partners: Secure Remote Commerce, Click to Pay, Visa Payment Passkeys, Visa Installments Solutions, Visa Token Service, and more.
  • Develop a solution-based approach to drive consumer products in key segments.
  • Improve technical implementation documentation and increase implementation quality.
  • Collaborate on strategy with various product groups and regional teams to create cohesive consumer product solutions.
  • Work with the digital partnerships team on approaches to accelerate adoption and usage across key partners.
  • Create cross-partner solutions that solve core client challenges.
  • Identify growth opportunities by leveraging data analytics, new product enhancements, cross-border opportunities, and by optimizing integrations.
  • Engage with various regional teams globally both within the US and outside of the US, to build an ongoing feedback and input loop to ensure a dynamic and adapting strategy and revenue models.
  • Work with the Go-To-Market Growth team on global goal recommendations and approaches to accelerate adoption and usage within various markets.

Preferred Qualifications
