Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in web services and API documentation (e.g., Swagger)
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Ability to lead and work closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development
- Ability to take prompt, decisive action after analyzing relevant information
- Capability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way
- Innovative mindset to view options from multiple angles
Responsibilities
- Skillfully manage product development by applying an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology
- Craft comprehensive use cases and engage in web service specifications, including the creation of Swagger files or other API documentation
- Adopt a proactive approach to the UI/UX process, encompassing wireframe design, screen development, and close collaboration with the design team to deliver exceptional user interfaces
- Collaborate effectively with technology and product teams across various geographic locations, showcasing excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges and ensure product success
- Leverage knowledge of AI tools to enhance product functionality and improve user experience
- Demonstrate strategic thinking to align product development initiatives with overarching business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Highly desirable Experience in the FX trading and payments industry
