Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • 3+ years of payments industry experience with good exposure to payment processing, payment services product management, business operations, or consulting
  • Experience in strategy development or consulting or ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent narrative building and storytelling skills to effectively communicate Visa Direct’s value proposition for clients
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on clients
  • Strong project management and organization with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fast learner and critical thinker, ability to interpret rules and policies and clearly articulate applicability to programs
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate products with evidence of tangible business results
  • Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Execute on the GTM and partnership strategies to drive growth of new emerging Visa Direct cross-border use cases
  • Tailor and package the Visa Direct cross-border use case solution into GTM assets/collateral to deliver a value proposition to key client segments
  • Operationalize partnership opportunities and support cross-functional teams to begin lead generation, ultimately to drive our growth strategy
  • Support NA client engagements from a GTM and sales strategy consulting perspective
  • Deliver ad-hoc sales training content on the Visa Direct XB product to accelerate time to revenue
  • Provide analysis and execute on Visa 2030 strategy, such as pricing strategies or business case development to drive product enhancement prioritization
  • Collect voice of the customer requirements that inform pricing, policy, platform, and ecosystem initiatives to support cross-border growth
  • Support commercialization of new emerging use cases or product capabilities
  • Develop deep expertise in the Visa Direct Technology Stack, Visa’s Digital Assets and Capabilities, and our Processing and Acquiring partner ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications
