Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task and independently manage and prioritize work, while meeting key regulatory deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Employs sound judgment regarding sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to obtain information as needed for regulatory submissions and due diligence responses.
- Manage due diligence responses for clients and third-party providers.
- Assist with preparing responses to regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and examination requests.
- Support the Regulatory Affairs team with maintenance of its licenses, including preparing data for reporting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and operations meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist with monitoring changes to state legislation in the U.S. as they impact entity licensing and registration requirements, including consideration of potential business impact.
- Prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the Regulatory Affairs team as required on projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for payments preferred.
