Requirements
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressively responsible business experience, mostly in product marketing or similar capacity, including bringing new products to market.
- Experience working in blockchain, crypto/web3 and stablecoins
- Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
- Audience-centric mindset, and an ability to simplify sophisticated concepts into impactful messaging for a diverse set of audiences
- Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present with impact
- Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for crypto and stablecoin products.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with the insights team on market research projects.
- Analyze market data to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Define and articulate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including the creation of launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and social media content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and strategic objectives.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, sales collateral, presentations, and competitive analysis to support the sales process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory & compliance requirements, and best practices in the crypto and stablecoin markets.
- Partner with the Comms team on thought leadership content.
