Requirements

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible business experience, mostly in product marketing or similar capacity, including bringing new products to market.
  • Experience working in blockchain, crypto/web3 and stablecoins
  • Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
  • Audience-centric mindset, and an ability to simplify sophisticated concepts into impactful messaging for a diverse set of audiences
  • Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present with impact
  • Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for crypto and stablecoin products.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing initiatives with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with the insights team on market research projects.
  • Analyze market data to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Define and articulate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including the creation of launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and social media content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, sales collateral, presentations, and competitive analysis to support the sales process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory & compliance requirements, and best practices in the crypto and stablecoin markets.
  • Partner with the Comms team on thought leadership content.
