Responsibilities
- Lead Visa Commercial Solutions in development of agentic AI products and features.
- Work cross-functionally and partner with product leaders to embed agentic AI capabilities into their products and deliver rich experience to enable best in class B2B experiences.
- Build and lead a Center of Excellence for Agentic AI in Visa Commercial Solutions.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in product development and deploy best practices with agentic AI.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly convert creative ideas into working prototypes, leveraging existing Visa solutions and external capabilities to test and validate concepts.
- Build a comprehensive annual operating plan that includes financial forecasts (Total Addressable Market, Serviceable Available Market, Serviceable Obtainable Market) and sets clear Objective Key Results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with Visa’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure the plan is cohesive, actionable, and reflective of local market needs and opportunities.
- Deliver a Point of View (POV) and evolving strategy for AI usage in commercial applications, positioning Visa as the industry leader.
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with client needs and the company’s vision, ensuring Visa is the “go-to” solution for B2B payments.
- Brainstorm with internal and external teams to develop innovative ideas and potential solutions for co-creation and market differentiation.
- Liaise with other business units, product leaders, engineering, and other relevant groups to ensure flawless execution and alignment of strategic goals.
- Provide regular status updates, action plans, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Develop and lead a regular performance management cadence, including business reviews and internal communications to track progress and drive accountability.
- Lead cross-functional teams across research, design, and development to design, test, and pilot new products, ensuring collaborative success.
- Work closely with internal and external product and partner teams to align on goals and scope, plan critical paths, identify operational risks, and ensure transparent communication.
- Work with regional and global sales/account executives to identify and enable agentic AI use cases related to commercial applications, with the goal of scaling successful solutions.
- Develop robust monetization strategies and business models that move with speed and delight end users, ensuring strong market competitiveness.
- Perform go-to-market activities by partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders, driving effective market entry and growth.
- Drive coordination with core product teams to enable seamless commercialization of new solutions.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, focusing on diverse, high-performing teams, and fostering an inclusive culture that values curiosity and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience.
- 12 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD.
- Deep experience in AI, with a strong focus on Agentic AI, related technologies. Proven experience in a mid-management to senior management role. 5+ years of experience in the payments industry with strong emphasis on B2B, AP/AR processes, ERP and payment integrations.
- Hands-on experience in launching GenAI products, including agentic systems and multi-agent frameworks, driving real-world AI applications from concept to deployment. Track record of designing and implementing AI product features and architectures, with a focus on GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Track record of delivering commercially viable products and services, inclusive of monetization strategies and business models that align with company goals. Experience working with a diverse range of players in the payments ecosystem and empathizing with their commerce and payments needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B payments industry and its regulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results. Ability to communicate strategy, and secure internal investment by consistently executing strategy and delivering results.
- Customer champion with a proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs.
- Proven success influencing senior stakeholders, and decision makers across the globe (including C-suite). Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
