Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT role
- Minimum 1 years of experience with Muse cardio imaging
- HS Diploma / GED
Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Varian ARIA Oncology Information System.
- Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and other clinical staff to understand workflow requirements and optimize ARIA functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ARIA, including patient scheduling, treatment delivery documentation, charge capture, and reporting.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on various ARIA modules and features.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the GE Muse Cardiology Imaging application, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
- Lead and participate in all phases of the application lifecycle, including design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, sonographers, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to optimize the application for clinical efficiency and data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring proficiency in the application’s features and functionalities.
- Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cardiology imaging and healthcare IT.
