Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (required)
  • SLPA certification (preferred)
  • Passion for working with children in a healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Deliver treatment to pediatric patients as outlined by the supervising SLP.
  • Assist with group therapy sessions several mornings per week.
  • Prepare and organize therapy materials and group activities.
  • Maintain and sanitize therapy and group rooms.
  • Manage and stock speech pathology resources and supply rooms.
  • Support a small clinical caseload as needed.
  • Document treatment and patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Educate patients, families, and care teams under supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SLPA certification (preferred)
