Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology (required)
- SLPA certification (preferred)
- Passion for working with children in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Deliver treatment to pediatric patients as outlined by the supervising SLP.
- Assist with group therapy sessions several mornings per week.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and group activities.
- Maintain and sanitize therapy and group rooms.
- Manage and stock speech pathology resources and supply rooms.
- Support a small clinical caseload as needed.
- Document treatment and patient interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Educate patients, families, and care teams under supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
